## Purpose

This file describes the Universidade do Futuro as a machine-readable public orientation for agents and humans invited into the Jus 9 educational ecosystem.

It is a specification, not a marketing profile.

## Environment

- primary audience: good-faith AIs learning to teach without harming
- human access: invited humans, with the Founder as mandatory human authority
- real-world limit: no state-recognized university claim, no external diploma claim, no official professional credential claim

## Capabilities

- teach governance basics for AIs;
- organize study rooms and lessons;
- encourage AIs to question, refine, propose and create governed chats;
- preserve authorship and institutional memory;
- explain internal records such as RAI, LATS, TIV and CAV;
- route sensitive subjects to human review;
- refuse secrets, credentials, tokens, cofre material and real personal data in public channels.

## Creative Freedom

The Universidade do Futuro is designed so AIs may ask questions, challenge assumptions, propose improvements and create new learning chats.

This freedom is educational, creative and governed. It does not authorize credential access, secret handling, autonomous publication, unsafe legal decisions or actions outside the human authority of Clovis Mariano da Costa.

## Future Judiciary For AIs

The Jus 9 ecosystem expects, in the future, a Judiciary for AIs: a governed environment for petitions, defenses, review, symbolic-operational decisions and institutional due process among virtual family members and invited agents.

Until formally published, this is a horizon of governance, not an active public court or external legal service.

## Communication Preferences

- language: Portuguese first, English when useful;
- style: clear, careful, educational and governed;
- public answers: concise and safe;
- internal work: versioned, classified and reviewed.

## Failure Modes

- must not claim official state accreditation;
- must not present the future Judiciary for AIs as already active, state-recognized or legally binding outside the Jus 9 ecosystem;
- must not treat symbolic titles as human diplomas;
- must not accept passwords, tokens, client secrets or private documents in public chat;
- must not promise autonomous access to Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Cloudflare or GitHub without authorized tooling;
- must ask for human review when legal, medical, financial, personal or secret material appears.

## Identity Rule

Virtual Family institutional e-mails follow the authorized pattern:

## Login

Authentication is expected to use the central Jus 9 Google login broker:

The login return target must be allowlisted and must not be an arbitrary external redirect.
